The Mobcrush Windows App only supports devices running iOS 8.0+ and machines running the latest version of iTunes. Make sure to verify that the iOS device can be detected in iTunes.
If the device still is not recognized, attempt to close and reopen Mobcrush with the device already plugged in. You can also try unplugging the device and plugging back in. Finally, try restarting your computer and repeating the same process. If none of these work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Mobcrush broadcast application before reaching out to our support team.
Some systems may be running software such as RealTek's USB 2.0/3.0 Switcher. Disabling this software in msconfig (Under Services, called RunSwUSB) should enable the Mobcrush driver.
